In the SHOPPING CART you will be able to:                                                 

• Choose the quantity you want (enter quantity and Update the cart)                    
• Go back to the catalogue by clicking on Keep on buying.                                 
• Remove an article you do not want (remove and Update the cart)
• Finally, if everything is correct, you can place your order by clicking on Pay.

Registration and Customer Information

When you create a Savimax account, you are able to place your orders faster, check the state or your orders, and see your previous purchases.

In order to so, you should register:
1. Users name (e-mail address) and password.
2. Personal information and address.
In this way, your information is added to our database. This will prevent you from having to go through the whole process again.

o be able to deliver your order you have to give us your personal information and your complete address.

Method of payment
From the 1st of September, the method of payment will be by previous bank transfer.

After receiving the order we will contact with you by phone or e-mail, in order to check the quantity of products and see the total price with the transport cost.
The product will be sent in 2 days time, after receiving the bank transfer.

Delivery expenses and delivery time
The delivery is made by regular Post. The delivery expenses are post fees applied to each package, independently of the number of articles it contains.

Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands

- Blue package (up to 20 kg): 6-5 euros according to weight. Delivery time, from one to two weeks.
- Express Post: 30 euros. Delivery time, from 2 to 5 days.

Abroad

- Blue package (up to 20 kg): 30 euros approximately.  Minimum delivery time, three weeks.

Guarantee and Product Return
Savimax will accept the return of products within 7 days from its purchase, counting form the moment the merchandise is received by the customer, as long it is in bad condition or defective.
